Off to Tonga on Monday for 10 days on a friends yacht. Going to be cruising around the Vava'u islands.
Anyone been, any tips on must do's. Places to go, surf spots, photo ops?
Any ideas would be great.

I put forth 3 from recent times for your valued critique.

1) Wanting nothing more than to get in the water but had to work.
+ contours as it draws off the reef
+ colour
+ angle
- no sense of scale

2) Could have been deeper? Yes. But this is without doubt the hardest place to surf I've come across, sucks dry and currents constantly pulling you too deep.
+ see those barnacles?
- something about the angle bothers me

- harsh morning light, almost blown whites
- wave could be bigger
